My first UT deal.
My first UT customer is my colleague. I and my manager went to his house to sign the deal. Things needed are photo copy of IC (front and back, front copy must be on the top half of the paper and back copy must be at the bottom half of the paper, cannot align side by side) and forms.
This is my first deal, so my manager will close the deal for me. What I have to do is observed how he talk to customer, how he close the deal and some tiny tricky tricks. Besides closing the deal, my manager also tries to sell other funds to my colleague as he knows my colleague have few children. So he tries to sell the education saving plan. My colleague said he will think about it and let me know if he wants to buy it for his child.
After walked out from my colleague house, I and my manager went to the coffee shop nearby. He teaches how me how to fill up the form and teach me what to do on the conversation between me and client. Even today I had learned the lesson, but I still need my manager to deal it for me in second and third time. After that only I will try to do it myself.
