Sick for 3 days, doctor said ‘Food poisoning, MC 1 day, stop eating spicy foods…’
No vomit, only stomach upset. I think I had too many curry chicken rice. Go toilet 5-6 times in an hour. Really can’t work, so if the doctor didn’t give me MC, I also will take a day off, no strength to work.
No mood and tired.
